What this service is

Suffolk Septic Pros is a free referral and matching service. We connect Suffolk County homeowners with independent, licensed septic installers on the county approved-installer list. We are not a contractor, we do not perform septic design, installation, replacement, or maintenance work, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with an installer.

No professional advice or grant promise

Information on this site, including anything about the Suffolk County Septic Improvement Program, New York State reimbursement, costs, or regulations, is general and for education. It is not legal, financial, or engineering advice, and it can change. We do not promise any grant, award, price, or result. The county and state decide grant eligibility and amounts. Confirm current program terms with the county before you rely on them.

The relationship with your installer

Any contract, quote, warranty, workmanship, timeline, and outcome are strictly between you and the installer you choose. We do not supervise, control, or take responsibility for the work an installer performs. You are responsible for evaluating any installer and their proposal before you hire them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Suffolk Septic Pros and Compass Camper LLC are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or from any work performed by an installer you are matched with. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
