Effective July 2026. Suffolk Septic Pros is operated by Compass Camper LLC, doing business as Compass Lead Group. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Suffolk Septic Pros is a referral and matching service, not a contractor.

When you submit our form, we collect the information you provide: your property town, your current system (cesspool, septic, or not sure), what brought you to the site, your name, phone number, and email address. Our form uses a third-party form processor to deliver your submission to us. We also collect standard, non-identifying analytics such as pages viewed, through privacy-respecting tools, to understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

We use what you submit to respond to your request and to connect you with an independent, county-approved septic installer who can evaluate and quote your project. We may use your contact details to follow up about your inquiry.

How we share it

The core of this service is a match. When you submit the form, we share your information with the independent, licensed, county-approved installer we connect you with, so that installer can contact you and quote your project. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for unrelated third-party advertising.

Consent to be contacted (TCPA)

We keep your submission only as long as needed to serve your request and to meet legal and record-keeping needs, then dispose of it. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
